Important Notes:
a. Rates are charged every 1KG. Example: A parcel weight 0.45KG, it will be rounded up to 1KG.
b. Default courier is ABX, please indicate otherwise when placing order. East Malaysia only ship using ABX.
c. Free clearance customs, no included tax. Taxes and duty charges to be borne by buyer. The chance of your goods being taxed is very small, down to 0-5%. You can also avoid this by separating large quantities of goods into several orders or use the Sensitive Rate to reduce the risk.
d. If your parcel physical dimensions exceeds your parcel actual weight, the volumetric weight will be used as the calculation for your international shipping charges.

Normal Item Charge: This is the normal delivery rate for normal goods class.
Sensitive Item Charge: This rate applies to sensitive goods class. By using this rate, the chance of being taxed is reduced.
You will be held responsible and liable if such items are confiscated or abandoned or if there is any extra cost incurred for purchasing and shipping such items.
若有运敏感货，请勿偷偷夹带违禁品在普通空运包裹内。否则一旦商品被海关没收或暂时扣留，客户需对此造成的后果和产生的额外费用负责。我方将不会对此事件负责，请悉知。
